Want to see the Rapids without the long walk in? Want to get out and experience the fastest tidal current in the world without danger and drama? Our tour is for you! Our Skookumchuck Narrows tour is interesting, fun and informative. Sorry, it's not "high" adventure. The boat runs in the safe waters around the eddies and away from hydraulic actions. You will sense the power and see the features, but you won't crash through the waves or jump out of the water. We try to not splash the outside rails during our trip. As on all of our tour programs the operator will offer interpretive comments during the outing to point out and explain the best, most interesting features. Our schedule is set to depart at 4:30 pm on days when the current flow is projected to be 10 knots or more. It the perfect time to join friends for an outing just before dinner.
